About Monkey King Online

This epic journey to the west has players living the legend of the Monkey King in an MMORPG world that is unlike any other. Discovering the secrets of magic and mastering the arts of discipline and war, players will march across new lands invoking the immortals and preparing for the future epic battle of cosmic proportions.

Players choose between four different characters, including the Iron Fan Princess whom has tamed volcanic fires of the Flaming Mountains with a palm-leaf fan. Her husband the Ox Demon Lord, has mastered the 72 Transformations technique. Beautiful Fox Demon whom has the task of bringing balance to the world, and of course the Monkey King, also known as Sun Go Kong, and protector of the monk Tang Zeng.

Monkey King Online has been updated with fresh new features, a level cap increase, a new map, and many other fresh features as the ongoing open beta progresses. In addition, players will now have the ability to unlock "Immortals" that will allow five unique combat skills.

  • Choose A Champion: Become the Monkey King or one of three other heroes from Journey of the West in your quest.
  • Fight for Justice: Battle in real-time combat against evil and bring peace to the heavens.
  • Invoke the Immortals: Transform into powerful deities during battle - new Immortals are added regularly to the game.
  • Claim Kingdoms: Conquer territories in open-world guild-based PvP.

  • ​Character Creation: 1.When you enter the game, you will have a choice between four different characters. Click the portrait of the character you would like to play--you can choose from the irrepressible Monkey, the cunning Fox, the powerful Bull, or the elegant Iron Fan.

    2.You can automatically generate a name by clicking the die or you can type one in yourself. Names must be 6 characters or less.

    3.As long as your name is kosher, when you click Enter Game you will be transported to the three realms, where you will learn of the havoc in heaven...

    ​1. Character Movement

    Move your character around the world of Monkey King Online by clicking a spot on the map. Click and hold the mouse button to have your character follow the cursor.

    2. Collecting Loot

    Press Z to auto-collect items dropped by enemies. You can also click on an item to pick it up. Items left on the ground disappear after a short time – don’t miss out.

    3. The Backpack

    Press B to open your backpack or click the Backpack icon at the bottom of the screen. Click an item once to see a list of ways you can interact with that item.

    If you double-click most items, you will usually be taken to the screen where you can use that item.

    Hover your mouse cursor over any item icon - even those you do not own - for more information. You can find out all kinds of key information, including how to acquire more of that item as well as information about expiration dates.
