Review: Argo
Argo is a Free To Play Shooter from Bohemia Interactive, designed as a concise, team Shooter with three distinct play modes and quick matches. Two teams of five square off in tense matches with set objectives, or join a combat patrol and take on the ambushing AI. You can even build and play your own missions in the 3-D scenario editor, so there’s always something new to try.
The three PVP scenarios are Link, Raid, and Clash. In Link, each team has to activate a number of search array devices and hold their control points three times.
In Raid, players are tasked with hacking an item in the field or protecting it from being hacked three times by the attackers over seven minutes. Clash is a push-and-pull fight for control points, with the ultimate goal of seizing the enemy base.
Argo was originally released as part of Bohemia Incubator in the form of the "Project Argo" prototype. Bohemia Incubator is a label for experimental Bohemia Interactive games that are made available to the public early in their development. Success depends on your ability to plan, work together, and adapt to new challenges.
3D Scenario Editor - Build and play your own missions using a built-in Scenario Editor. With its intuitive interface, you can place entities, assign waypoints, set triggers, and much more, in just a few simple steps. Creating your own content is more fun than ever before.
